Define and communicate the vision for your project
Write user stories
Create, organize and prioritize your backlog items in synchronization with the
different business and technical stakeholders
Align with the other POs to coordinate dependencies
Make the link between the stakeholders and your team
Participate to every Agile Ceremonies (Stand-ups, Refinements, Sprint Planning,
Sprint Retrospective, …)
Monitor the velocity of the team together with the Scrum Master and make sure to
maximize the value produced by your team

3+ years of hands-on experience as Product Owner or Analyst
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
Ability to quickly absorb and understand business processes
Ability to think creatively and come up with innovative solutions to business
problems
Ability to take ownership of your projects
Flexibility towards new situations and challenges
Native FR + fluent in EN
A passion for digital solutions
A team-player attitude
A strong sense of humor
