Plan, organise, and monitor accessibility projects, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
Lead the implementation of accessibility audits to identify digital barriers and propose recommendations to overcome them.
Collaborate with development, design, content, and marketing teams to integrate accessibility requirements at all stages of the project lifecycle.
Support the training of teams on best practices in digital accessibility and raise awareness across the organisation on the importance of digital inclusion.
Ensure digital products comply with accessibility standards and regulations, such as the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and the General Framework for Improving Accessibility (RGAA).
Organise user tests with people with disabilities to validate proposed solutions and continuously improve the user experience.
Skills & qualifications
A track record in one or more of the following (with more than 5 years of experience in):
Developing large websites, including accessibility
Advising on accessibility and delivering accessibility projects
Conducting accessibility-focused research/design projects across various platform
Strong understanding of how accessibility should be implemented in organisations.
Significant experience researching with disabled and vulnerable people, leading accessibility projects, auditing websites/apps, and performing usability testing with disabled individuals.
Experience working with development teams to improve website and app accessibility, as well as training teams on accessibility.
Excellent business acumen, communication (verbal and written), and interpersonal skills.
A good eye for design and an understanding of its importance.
Ability to take ownership of your projects.
Flexibility in adapting to new situations and challenges.
Fluent in French (FR).
